The Florida grandmother who was arrested on a DUI charge while only wearing a bikini last April has been arrested again.
Collier County Sheriff's Deputies arrested Patricia Ebel, 50, January 5 on a charge of violating the probation in connection with that 2015 DUI arrest, news-press.com reported.
A term of the probation placed on her by Judge Rob Crown in September prohibited her from drinking alcohol for one year.
When her blood-alcohol level was tested by her probation officer Tuesday, Ebel failed.

Ebel was involved in a potentially deadly car accident while driving her 10-year-old grandson home on after a day at the pool April 17. She totaled her luxury black BMW 5-Series when she smashed into a Ford Mustang that was stopped at an intersection in Naples, Florida

She had a blood-alcohol level of .177, which is more than double the legal limit of .08.
When she arrived at jail, a breath test registered her level at .122.
As of Wednesday morning, she remained in Collier County Jail without bond and is scheduled to appear in court January 19.

She was charged with three DUI related charges, including driving with a .15-or-greater blood alcohol content with a minor in the car.
Luckily, no one suffered serious injuries related to the accident.
