The Cowbridge Food & Drink Festival is back for 2015 this Bank Holiday on Sunday 24th and Monday 25th May, featuring the very best foodie offerings from the Vale and beyond.
The award winning two-day gourmet extravaganza will see thousands of people flock to the market town to sample a whole range of high quality artisan produce.
There will be more than 80 high-quality exhibitors ranging from wood-fired pizzas to gourmet hotdogs and wholefood veggie burgers to artisan cheeses. Add the Oystermeister oyster bar, Champagne bar and the ever-popular American BBQ at Hangfire Smokehouse and it's the perfect place for a Bank Holiday feast!
Get menu inspiration in the Food Demonstration theatre, where chefs from local restaurants, hotels and pubs will be cooking their signature dishes or even an old favourite, with all demos free of charge for ticket holders.
Michelin star chef James Sommerin, who owns Restaurant James Sommerin at The Esplanade in Penarth is just one of the top names who will take to the demo stage alongside Bar 44, The Bear Hotel and festival favourite multi-award winning chef Anand George.
